GDPR

In this document we inform you, as a data subject, of your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” hereinafter GDPR.

This document is updated periodically.

We assure you that your personal data is treated with due care in accordance with the legislation in force. Your personal data is protected to the greatest extent possible in relation to the technical level of available resources. In our company there are strict rules that establish which personal data and under what conditions they can be processed. We advise you to read this document carefully. We have made every effort to make the document as comprehensible as possible.

If, despite our efforts, there are any further questions, we will be happy to explain any term or part of the document.

We do not transfer your data to any third country or international organization, nor do we plan to do so.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• request access to your personal data that we process as data controllers in accordance with Articles 13, 14 and 15 of the GDPR
• request the rectification or deletion of personal data in accordance with articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR
• request restrictions on the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR
• object to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR
• right to data portability in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR
• The right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, including profiling in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR
• withdraw your consent to processing at any time
• for notification in the event of a personal data breach in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR,
• submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Articles 13, 14 and 15 of the GDPR

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data:

If you have given your consent to the processing of personal data, you, as the data subject, have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Use of any of your rights listed in the GDPR

The use of your right must be submitted in writing by e-mail/data mailbox/personally at the registered office of the company with your accredited identification and its authentication by an authorized officer.

The information to which you are entitled as a data subject will be provided to you upon request, also at the registered office of the company, once your identity has been verified and authenticated.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” hereinafter “GDPR”.

By giving your consent, you agree to the processing of your personal data to the following extent:

• username (password), email, phone number, skype, viber, whatsapp, country/city, label, gender, orientation, erotic services rendered, parameters (height, weight, hair color, hair length, eye color, languages, breast size, age, race, nationality, smoker/non-smoker...), photos

The consent is only valid if my personal data will be processed only to the extent necessary for the purposes of the processing described below and in accordance with applicable law.

Consent is given for marketing purposes.

I agree to the processing of my personal data by the company for the duration of the cooperation and one year after its termination.

The Company is authorized to use my personal data only in accordance with the aforementioned purpose, or for the legitimate needs of law enforcement authorities and law enforcement agencies.

Furthermore, the Company is authorized to provide my personal data only to subjects who cooperate with the Company in order to achieve the main purpose for which the consent is given. The Company undertakes to enter into a contract with such subjects containing the same terms and conditions for the processing of my personal data.

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the relevant legal regulations on personal data protection and the GDPR.

I have been informed that the provision of data is voluntary. Furthermore, I have been informed, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, of my right to:

• withdraw my consent without justification
• access to my data and right to rectify them
• erase my data in case of processing contrary to the protection defined by the relevant legislation or contrary to such consent, or in case of withdrawal of consent
• object to the processing of personal data, about my right to transfer my personal data, about my right to request a human review in case of automated processing of personal data, about my right to update my personal data

I declare that I give my consent freely, that I understand its meaning, that my consent was not conditioned on any other circumstances representing my relationship with the data controller (that my consent is severable from such relationships), to whom I give this consent.
